Team Fees: $300, includes $18 State Tax, $3.00 LOT Tax (until July 31st)
$325 includes $19.50 State Tax, $3.25 LOT Tax (August 1-31)
$350 includes $21 State Tax, $3.50 LOT Tax (September 1-2)
Fee includes Friday dinner for players +1
